What this list covers
This list covers the service providers that process personal information for the website at www.valencedealertech.com and its contact-request path. It notes where a provider appears to work within another provider’s service rather than for us directly. It does not say which services are approved for a dealership pilot.
The website has one endpoint of its own. It checks a contact request and passes it through the delivery path to our request mailbox; it has no submissions database and keeps no copy. The delivery service, our email service and the hosting services can keep information under their own retention settings, shown below as they are confirmed. To limit repeated submissions, the endpoint also holds IP addresses and request times in memory, each entry expiring ten minutes after the address’s last request; the privacy policy explains that processing.
Hosting and security services process connection information and may set security cookies. Valence remains responsible for information under its control, including information those services process for us.
The providers
Each entry shows its status and when it was last reviewed. Active means recorded as serving the website now. Conditional means used only once switched on, which is not yet confirmed. Unverified means visible in the site’s technical setup, with its role and terms still to be confirmed. A location or retention period we have not yet established says so.

Product providers
Before a dealership pilot uses real data, we provide its approved product provider list with the pilot and data-processing terms. That list identifies each provider’s role, the information it handles and where it processes it, and the terms set out how provider changes are notified and handled. This website list does not authorize any product processing.
Changes to this list
We update this page when the website’s providers change or a detail is confirmed, and each entry shows when it was last reviewed. Where a change introduces a new purpose or needs notice or consent, we complete that step before information is used in the new way.
