Valence Hub

One place to start your day.

Choose your store and open the Valence applications available to your role. Hub gives your team a familiar starting point for the work ahead, and every screen knows which store it serves.

  1. Sign in once.

One sign-in, and the right access in every application launched from Hub. No second password, no second login screen.

  2. Every screen knows its store.

Switching stores is checked by the server, and a switch that should not happen is refused politely and reverted.

  3. The applications your role may open.

Each person sees the applications their role and store allow. Opening an application is checked by the server, once, and recorded.

  4. Pick up where you left off.

From Hub, open the customer, vehicle, appraisal or report you were working on, in the application that owns it, without signing in again.

Same sign-in. Same store. The record he asked for: no second login, no searching. Opening a record is checked again by the application that owns it.

Start with the work, not the software map.

Your team should not need to understand the architecture behind Valence to use it. Sign in as Tomas or as Beatriz, pick a store, and open the customer you were working with yesterday.

Valence HubMeridian Auto Group

A synthetic walkthrough of Valence Hub. A salesperson signs in once, lands at his store, sees the four applications his role may open, and continues with the customer record he was working on, arriving inside Valence CRM without a second login. A dealer principal signs in and sees all three stores plus a group-wide view; switching is checked by the server, and a store the person is not authorized for is refused.

The connected operating system for automotive retail.

Focused tools. A more connected working day.

CRM, Inventory and Intelligence have different jobs. Valence brings customer history, conversations, appointments, inventory, reporting and AI into one connected place, with links between the records and workflows that need to connect.

  • Valence CRM + Valence Inventory

A trade recorded on the deal opens an appraisal; the approved number returns to the deal.

  • EquityPulse + Valence CRM

An opportunity found overnight continues as a conversation and an appointment a salesperson owns.

  • Valence Inventory + Valence Intelligence

An appraisal decision becomes one row under the group’s capture rate, on one definition.

  • Valence CRM + Valence Autopilot

Autopilot answers in the thread the store already owns, and a person takes it over in the same place.

Keep your DMS. Replace the patchwork around it.

Valence runs the day-to-day work of the dealership: the sales floor, the BDC, the used-vehicle desk, retention and reporting. It does not replace your DMS, your F&I menu, or your service lane.

Your DMS keeps

  • Accounting: the books stay where they are
  • The final deal, F&I menu and contracting
  • Repair orders, invoices, parts and labour

Valence runs

  • Leads, customers, conversations and appointments
  • Retention and the used-vehicle desk
  • Reporting, targets and plain-language answers
  • AI for your people and for customer conversations

How information moves

Valence works beside your DMS. It reads the information it needs, like month-end statement figures, your financed-customer list, and vehicle and deal details, from your DMS and other connected sources, on terms you control.

Deals and accounting still finish in the DMS. Valence does not replace the accounting core.

Which sources connect for your store, and how, is confirmed during the preview. Tell us which systems you use and we will confirm the supported import and connection options for your setup.

A preview starts exactly where your team would: signing in, picking a store, and opening the day. Bring your IT lead if you like. We enjoy those questions.
